I love snow cones and cannot wait to start seeing them about again. It is a shame that we have to have a change in season and they seem to not be around in the colder months. I love them at any time of the year, I guess I am a bit odd in that way and it is annoying that I cannot get them all of the time that I want them. I always seem to get bad cravings for them, so much in fact that I have actually been thinking of getting my own shave ice machine so that I can make my own. I am sure that it would be expensive as they are commercial machines, but I so like them that I am actually investigating the cost at the moment. I am also looking at the size as I may not have room in my kitchen but if I can afford one then I am sure that I will make room - I would even be prepared to get rid of my cooker to fit one in, I like them so much! Perhaps my husband might have something to say about that so I just hope that I can get one that is not too big.
